If you're in need of a celebratory drink or just something to help get you through the work week, this delicious Go-Fast Bourbon Sour recipe is always a good choice. It's fast and easy to make, and we've used our Pappy & Co Bourbon Maple Syrup and HIRSCH Whiskey to make it extra tasty. You can substitute your own favourites if you like.
The slightly smoky sweetness of maple syrup pairs perfectly with oaky bourbon.
2 oz. (30 ml) HIRSCH bourbon
1 oz. (30 ml) Pappy & Co Bourbon maple syrup
Pour the bourbon, maple syrup, and lemon juice into a Highball Shaker filled with ice.
Stir until the drink is thoroughly chilled, about 20 seconds.
Strain into your ice-filled Firelight Flask or 6-Shooter Tumblers.
